I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the University of Santo Tomas and with accessible commuting options. The rooms were pleasantly dimly-lit, which I appreciated, although the lack of cell phone signal was a bit inconvenient. The service was satisfactory overall, despite some issues during check-out. The dining options were limited but delivered on time, which was important for my schedule. The surrounding area in Santa Cruz could be cleaner and less polluted.
